At Afrique Noire, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Please review the policy below before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
Tote bags may be returned within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or refund.
Magazines (print or digital) and candles cannot be returned due to the nature of these products.
If an item arrives damaged or defective, it may qualify for a replacement or refund.
Return Conditions
Tote bags must be unused, in original condition, with all tags intact and returned in original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, email info@afriquenoire.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos.
Once confirmed, we will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for tote bags if the replacement item is in stock. Customers cover return shipping, and we cover shipping for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Wait for approval and instructions before sending your item.
Lost Shipments
If your package is lost during transit, contact us and we will investigate with USPS.
