Not at all. This workshop is designed for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced movers.
What do I need to prepare?
Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and a clear space to move.
How do I join?
Register, check your inbox for confirmation, and receive your Zoom link 24 hours before each session.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Once classes have officially commenced, tickets are non-refundable.
